1. Splitting :
Splitting rolls with bigger sizes into rolls with smaller sizes according to each size tubes or to customer’s requirements rolled through the tape discharge system.
This stage requires precision in terms of the size belonging to the tape according to the given thickness and requires the quality to meet the standards required by the pipe roll.
Slitting is also a process of quality inspection of input materials for supplier feedback base and noting to the following stages in order to produce the best quality products, reducing error products during production process.
2. Rolling to form shape:
The original material is the tape that is slowly swept up (round-go) and pair the eyelid together before welding through the go mold and eyelid system.

3. TIG welding:

Argon Gas has amain mission of protective effect on welding needles.
Nito Gas has the effect of blowing the impurities formed in the welding process, cleaning the weld line and increasing the reformation of the weld.
4. Welding line grinding:
The weld line grinding is the grinding process of the raw welding line that is formed after welding. This stage is applied with the types of sanding to break and to polish the weld line
5. Orthopedic Bench:
The shape of the tube, which includes the format mold pairs for the pipe is round evenly, creating the standard diameter size and straightening mold making the pipe as straight as desired. For square tube, the box before crossing the straightening mold is also shaped rectangular or square.
6. Cutting tubes:

7. Polishing stage:

8. The packaging:
This process is done up to the request of the customer or in accordance with the quality standards of the company for the purpose of preserving, sorting and creating images for the product, and having the basis of traceability of the product in the process of warehousing and the customer’s place.
